Buddy Freund, President, has a broad range of experiences over his 30-year career that provides several perspectives. Prior to founding Vision Strong Management Group, Buddy worked in the hospitality industry gaining experience in event and meeting planning. He has personally planned and managed events of up to 10,000 attendees. In addition, Buddy has a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision and with it spent years as a public school high school administrator. Specific to association management, Buddy has enjoyed significant success assisting his clients in increasing membership and retention rate within their respective organizations. His ability to lead, promote, and motivate people has enabled Buddy to be extremely successful in the association management field.
